Question Computer turning on and off rapidly upon shutdown

Hello,

My computer has been fine for the past 6 months, which is how long it's been since being put together, suddenly two days ago upon shutting the computer down it rapidly turns off and on repeatedly.

It was absolutely fine while on, no problems working as it should but as soon as attempting to shut down and turn off it goes into a loop of off and on very quickly.

This continues until power to the computer is cut via the PSU power switch.

Pressing power button has no effect; restoring power to the computer via PSU power switch causes on and off loop to continue.

Any info would be great,

do this test unplug front panel power switch and use a little screwdriver on the 2 pins to momentary start it then when you shut if off use the os system to shut down and see if it restart on loop .

Tried to but can't get computer to turn on from the loop
