So my PC turns on, the fans work and everything, i have tried putting one RAM in at a time, taking out the GPU, etc. There are no beeps coming from the PC speaker either. the CPU fan is on as well, there is a orange light on the motherboard

The motherboard is a ASUS Maximus extreme VI.
I have a GTX 960
8 DDR3 RAM

Try Changing the Power Supply, In my career as a hardware repairer I have often witnessed in situations like this that the Power Supply is the culprit.

Also try clearing your RAM slots. Still doesn't work, Try changing some other RAM which is not your.

Sounds good, if only i didn't just get a new PSU a couple of weeks ago. I also tried the RAM thing already. This is a new MOBO and CPU and after i installed them nothing is working.

Try hitting the Num Lock Key on your pc. Is it working?
Than your cpu is running. Than it is your Monitor at fault. If its not working, try changing the PSU. It doesn't matter if its new or old, if it is destined to die, it will.

The NUM lock key is not working.. So it's the PSU?

I think so. I had ran into same problem a few months back. And after changing psu it worked.
