Question Computer turning on slowly.

So I rebuilt my gaming PC got temps looking good and updated drivers and finally got the RGB the way I like it. I just had a 6 day work week so I hadn't gotten to really use it. I tried to turn it on last night after about a week of being off and the fans spun up but it took a minute for the rgb fans and rgb ram to light up and to boot up and it seemed like some stuff including icons were loading slow. Now it worked fine once on and I was playing a game or something and I tried restarting it and it turning it off and back on and it loaded ok but still seemed a little slow. Is there a setting I need to change on a new build maybe in bios?

256gb m.2 nvme drive (c:drive)
1tb m.2 sata drive
500gb sata ssd
Corsair CX750 PSU

30 to 40 starting temp for cpu
30 for gpu

Sorry things got hectic with work. Not full at all and I just swapped my main drive one for a 500gb and it's still having this issue. Worse yet I'm getting stutter in games.

I think the most full one is like half full and it's the 1tb ssd
