Computer turns back on automatically after being shutdown

Hey guys , I Really need your help when i turn off my pc it turn on again by itself
after shutting it down and i'm sure that i turn off my pc correctly

Maybe the wake on LAN problem, don't set the "wake from shut down" something like that. Or clear the CMOS, test the PC again.
