Computer turns on and off

I built my 4th Computer today I tried resetting the cmos it didn't work but the computer turns on lights up after about 10 or 15 seconds it turns off.

Specs
Intel pentium g4400
16gb ddr4 evga
750w corsair power supply
Gigabyte z170 mobo
Mai r7 370 4gb
P.S If I don't have to buy a new motherboard I will be upgrading the cpu and graphics card later

Are both 24 and 4/8 pin power cables connected to the motherboard?
If removing all RAMs and starting the board, still same cycle for the CPU fan?
What exact board model using?

pull all but one ram stick and the gpu. if the mb posts check the bios rev make sure it up to date. if it keeps rebooting pull the mb place on the mb box with one ram stick..see if it posts there. if the mb does the same try a test power supply and look under the cpu for bent pins.

any bent pins under the cpu?? have you tried anther power supply??
