Question Computer turns on but monitor, mouse, and keyboard don't.

Specs: Asus prime x570p mobo
EVGA 1660 super
Corsair rmx 650
Ryzen 5 3600
Windows 10

Fans and mobo lights all turn on, but peripherals (monitor, mouse, keyboard) are all off. Mobo doesn't make any beeping noises. And monitor works.

Things I've tried:
Unplugging power and holding power button.

Taking out and putting back in mobo battery.
Replugging all PSU connections.

I don't know if this info is helpful but I have a usb hub for my mouse and keyboard, and it lights up when I turn the computer on, so power should be going into them.

In other words does it have its' own power supply?

Make and model USB hub? Source?

Do the mouse and keyboard work if directly connected to computer?
