I’m having an issue where I turn my computer on yet there are times when my monitor remains blank. The computer is on, all the fans are running including the GPU fan, but nothing happens.

My monitor actually displays something after one or more restarts. I’ve tried reseating my ram and GPU, which has had no effect.

Everything seems to be seated properly and the cables are connected.

Have you tried to start the computer using dedicated graphics (if possible)? If it starts up fine without the graphics card then most likely your graphics card is dying. That's exactly what happened with my old computer, it would start fine sometimes but other times no picture until multiple restarts.

Don't have the option of using dedicated graphics.

Will attempt when I get home.
Monitor is not the issue, I tested it in the morning with two other computers.

Changing PCIe slots had no effect, trying to get another GPU to test, but more evidence pointing towards GPU, my frames are weirdly dropping randomly (which hasn't ever happened) and my games are stuttering every now and then too.
