Computer turns on, however it won't connect with my keyboard and mouse as well as it gives no HDMI signal to my monitor

Computer I bought: iBUYPOWER WA563GT2 Gaming Desktop PC With AMD FX-6300, GT1030 2GB, 1TB HDD, 8GB DDR3, and Window 10 Home

For sure I know its not the monitor or the keyboard because it worked fine before and it still works on other towers. The monitor says no HDMI signal every time I boot it up. The fans of the tower seem more quiet as well after it stopped working. I have no idea how to know what part is wrong and if I have to take it apart to check to see, please give me a guide on how to not damage it. Please and thank you

If under warranty, I'd return the pc.
