I was just wondering why my PC seems to turn on, than off, than back on when I press the button after shutting it off.
Here are my specs:

CPU: AMD FX 8350 @4.4GHz
CPU Cooler: H100i Extreme Performance (Stock Fans)
Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A-UD3P
RAM: 8GBs of GSkill Ripjaws-X Series
GPU: PNY GeForce GTX 750 Superformance Edition
PSU: Rosewill Green-Series 630 Watt 80+Bronze
Case: Thermal-Take Commander G42 (Stock Fans)
HDD: 2x WD Blue 500GBs

The fans will spin up and all the LEDs will kick on, but than it will quickly turn back off, than back on by itself. Should I be concerned?

Solution
Have you performed any overclocking etc in BIOS?
Some mobo's power down in this fashion if there is a OC its trying to apply but doesnt stick, so it kinda does a mini reboot loop.
If you suspect this may be your issue, reset your BIOS
Or load Optimised Defaults in BIOS save menu.
Another way is to unplug power cable and remove mobo CMOS battery for like 5 mins or so, then replace. Bios reset.

Im sorry. Let me tell the whole story.

Whenever I shut it down (whether it be cold-boot or menu) and press the button, it turns on for about 1.5 seconds, than shuts back off for 1.5 secs than turns back on and stays on. That is what usually happens, but sometimes it will turn back off and back on and start up. Either way, it always ends up turning on and booting. I just don't know if I should be concerned.

This happened to me 7 years ago in pentium 2 pc
But i can't recall what i did to fix it
I don't think it's big issue because it didn't do any bad for me!
Let's give chance to someone else to answer
It may be bios prob or psu
I'm not sure about it

Yes, I have OCed my 8350. Does this bootloop mean I need to add more voltage?

If this is whats happening, it simply means the OC is not stable for whatever reason, and the mobo is preventing possible damage to components.
Again, to stop this bootloop, youll have to reset BIOS to get back into the BIOS and re apply any settings.
Hope this helps.

I know for a fact that my OC is stable (2 hours of Prime95 without any fails), and I dont think you understand my problem. The PC DOES in fact turn on after 1-2 attempts. There is no need to reset the Bios, as I can enter it any time. Besides, I have actually found the problem. I had forgotten to OC my NB as well. After raising the voltage from 1.5 to 2.0, the boot loops have stopped and it starts on a dime. Although, I will still pick you as the answer since you did encourage me to take a second look at my OCs. Thank you for the help.
