I replaced a 256GB M.2 NVMe SSD with a WD SN570 SSD but it does not show up in bios, disk management, or anywhere for that matter. I need access to it because it will not boot computer.

Unsure what is going on here.

If you can tell it doesn't appear in Disk Management, then the system is up and running. So it did, in fact, "boot".

Or am I missing something?

I will start over. It does not show up in the bios it has not been recognized by my computer. It is an M.2 drive. The drive has not been cloned with any OS. If I plug a usb drive into computer it shows up in the bios and in storage devices. Bios and firmware have all been updated. Sata is currently set to AHCI and RAID which I thought would allow recognition. The M.2 slot is my boot drive and of course my computer will only boot with the old ssd. The new ssd has not been cloned. This is a Dell 3880
