Question Computer will not display to monitor and fans will spin and LEDs light up. What could be wrong?

I just bought a 600W power supply to put into my PC. I connect everything (same specs as my brothers case) in the right place and go to turn it on. Nothing. The fans start blowing and the leds turn on. GPU and CPU fans blow, but the two front fans on my Fractal Focus G Midtower will slow down and the leds will brighten and dim. I kept it on for a couple minutes to see if it would boot up after a couple minutes, but nothing. I already tried to take out and put the GPU and Ram back into place. Any suggestions on what it could be? If anything you could suggest it would be greatly appreciated!

Also, the power supply wasnt an upgrade I just got it in the mail to finish the build
