Hello.
I was waiting for over 2 hours, and while being happy that I got myself a new PC, I decided to do a force restart on it while windows was ‘getting ready’ (restarting after updates & drivers).
Since my last PC was getting stuck at this all the time and I knew the drill, and reading a few posts online, I didn’t imagine it will not boot. Anything.
The monitor is black (!), my GPU’s fan stops spinning after 3 seconds from starting the PC, and after around 20 seconds the fan(s) (?)(!) go crazy, so loud I thought they were gonna explode.

My PC:
i7-2600 3.4GHz
16GBs RAM
240Gb SSD & 500Gb HDD
GTX 1050Ti
I really don’t know what motherboard it’s in it.

I tried unplugging all of the things (mouse, keyboard, internet cable, power cord) and pressing the start button in order to take all the remaining electricity out. Plugged back the power cord (only this), still nothing.

:/
Edit: Tried taking out the CMOS batrery and putting it back. Not working.
