[SOLVED] Computer won’t boot

I have a i7 9700k processor on a MSI 370x m5 gaming enthusiast motherboard and when I turn it on after double checking all the wires and plug ins it reads a PEI code of 18 stating that it’s initializing the prememory system agent (SYstem agent module specific) I don’t understand what I do? It doesn’t put a signal out to my monitor so I can’t get to bios just put together and first time turning it on. Disconnected and reconnected things then the same code appeared. No clue any help appreciated

How would I update it I can’t get to BIOS in the first place, first computer I’m building sorry for the lack of technological skill

You can't update it without a supported CPU. I can't access the MSI compatibility webpage, for some reason. Try checking that webpage and see what BIOS version is required for the 9700k
