computer won’t load past logo.

I was factory resetting my pc and it turned off in the middle of the porcess. I turned it back on but it keeps loading to the “MSI PRO SERIES” logo and goes black and goes back to the logo it’s been happening for hours now. I even tried turning it of and on. Nothing is happening please help me! My computer is a CYBERPOWER
