[SOLVED] Computer won’t turn on after trying to open bios

So after I turned my computer on I clicked f11 to enter bios, after clicking f11 I chose one of the three options that my computer gave me to boot into I didn’t think the option I chose was the right option so I restarted my computer. Now only my tower is getting powered and my keyboard/monitor/mouse arnt turning on at all when connected to the computer.

You know how to clear the CMOS? It's a battery backup on the motherboard. You pull it out for 5 seconds and it'll reset to the stock settings.

Some motherboards have a button on the back panel to reset it, check your manual.
