[SOLVED] Computer won’t work with CPU power cable connected to motherboard.

Been struggling with a computer that can’t stay on for more than half a second. Everything functions well except for when my CPU 1 cable is put in. My CPU is a i7-9700k

We switched the power supply which was a EVGA SuperNOVA 750W G2 to some non modular Corsair PSU because we originally thought the PSU was the problem. Didn't work with either but it had been working for a few months beforehand. This problem occurred once the PC was put on sleep mode. Specs: MSI-Z390-A Pro, i7-9700k, GTX 2070 Super, 2 x 16 Trident Z RGB and 2 x 16 Corsair generic RAM. The only questionable spec is the Rosewill liquid cooling, not sure what model.

Remove the 2070S and use the igpu. Also try just using 1 set of ram rather than mixing 2 sets. Do the EZ debug leds show anything?
