Question Computer Wont Beep Or Display

My new build will not beep or give any sort of display.
I have been booting with only minimal accesories, and no hard drives or disk drives.
I have tried:

• Removing the CPU to check the pins
• Removing Non-Essential hardware
• Checking the RAM contacts
• Removing the RAM (Gives beep signifying no RAM)
• Starting the motherboard outside the case
• Different power supply (in case mine was DOA)
• Checking the 4 pin connector

The CPU warms up and the fans are all spinning

Please provide us some info about the hardware, so we can spot possible incompatibilities. Motherboard, CPU, PSU, RAM, etc.

The motherboard and CPU are compatible (the motherboard and cpu came out of another computer with that cpu), The psu is a Corsair VS450, I tested the ram in my main computer and it worked, and the ram is 9z1465 ddr3 ram. I might just end up getting a new motherboard cpu combo.

Well, since we neither know what mobo you have, nor the CPU, I guess no one here will be of much help.
