Question Computer won't boot with 2x8GB memory but it will with 1x8GB memory

Hello, i have this problem, were my computer won't boot with 16gb of ram, but it does with 8gb, before, i had 1x8gb in the 2nd slot, and it didn't boot, and i put the 1 stick in the 4th slot, and it booted, i dont know if the ram is wrong, please help me.

my system is:

Ryzen 5 1600AF
GTX 1060 6GB
Asus B450M-A Prime
2x8GB T-Force DDR4 3200MHZ
500W PSU certified
Stock cpu fan

LED's on the mobo, GC and fans turn on, but no signs of keyboard mouse and monitor, that is with 16gb, when using 8gb 1 slot, it works just fine.

Were these rams bought as a dual channel/ 2 stick kit or are they individual sticks?
