HI decided to clean my computer the other day so I disassembled my PC and clean it all up. When I re assemble my computer (with the gpu in it) and when I hit the power button on my case all of my fans and my gpu fans spun for a few seconds and then they all stop. I tried a few times and still the problem went on. I decided to remove my gpu and my computer boot fine but still wont work with my gpu. I did some googling and they said to uninstall my video drivers and do a fresh install but now after that even when my gpu is out of my computer it wont boot. So now I have my computer out of my case and when I hit the power button with gpu or no gpu all of my fans spin for a few seconds and then stop and nothing appears on my monitor

i have tried re seating the ram and i cleared the bios still no luck
i read through the guide on computer not booting and still no luck

System specs:
i5-4460
R9 280
8gb balistic sport
asus h87i-plus
win 10
1000w cooler master psu

Power related.

The most common cause if taking apart a pc for cleaning is forgetting to plug the eight pin 12v E-atx power block back to the motherboard if removed.

Symptoms without the block being connected are system powers up for a few seconds then shuts down.
Or the system stays powered up but only the fans spin and no post of the system and the bios screen or output image from the graphics card, to the monitor is not displayed.

Check the eight pin 12v E-atx power block form the Psu is connected to the motherboard.

my motherboard only has a 24 pin connecter and a 4 pin by the cpu there is no eight pin connectors on my board

No nothing comes up on my monitor and no sounds from my mobos speaker
