Computer Won't Boot

I was playing ROBLOX. The Computer Turns Off. I Rebooted it the 1st Time. No Luck. I kept Trying but it won't Turn on. After 1 Minute, I Turned it on. It works but there is no "Toshiba, Leading Innovation" just a Black Screen

I Tried,
1) Rebooting It
2) Removing External Hardware
3) Cleaning Out the Fan, CPU
4) Reinstalling Internal Hardware

If its a Hardware Problem, what is the Hardware Causing it?

If its a Misconfiguration Problem, how do I Reboot it?

If its something Else, Tell Me

Can you describe what kind of sound the computer created when it shut down? That can help tell us if it is an issue with the battery.

Like a "Click" Sound.

Try power draining it. Take out the battery, put in the power cord, and press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. That should make it work.
