Computer wont boot

I have a computer.. just got new graphics card and then plugged in the wrong chord into my computer. Took out the processor because it was overheating and accidentally broke it. Bought a new one and now my screen wont go past the windows logo on boot and there is no wheel. Whats wrong with my comouter now?

Did you bent some pins of the motherboard´s CPU socket?

Boot your computer with the install media and try to repair it

I have a 500 watt power supply, amd 8350, and a rx480. I would have to relook up the motherboard. I got it with the cybertron borg q that ive been modifying over time. I left my power chord and my dads when we were staying there in between apartments. Thats why i accidentally plugged an old one in. Not sure what to do. Are you referancing the cd for the operating system?

install windows setup with the media creation tool from microsoft. All you need is a running Win 7 system or newer to install it onto an usb flash drive or burn it to a DVD:
