Computer Wont Display Anything

Hi. So recently I dug up a HP z230 with 2 quadros, but it refuses to work on any of my monitors. I have connected using different cables to each quadro and the mobo. Whenever they are connected by monitors (tested on more than one, never more than one at a time however.) the monitors will say "No input" for a split second, then switch to a blank screen where the power icon on the display flashes. The mobo works fine, fans spin, and lights show, and no error beeps occur. Even the sound by windows for connecting a USB works. Is this a mobo issue? Are the two quadros messing with it? (One quadro has 2 Display Ports, the other has one DMS-59 input.). There is nothing wrong with my monitors as they work on my other computer with Display Port fine.
Any idea on what is wrong here?

Note: I have only ever attempted to connect the DMS to 1 monitor, of which was converted from DMS to DVI to VGA.

if the pc been sitting for a bit try a new cmos battery and pull both gpu see if onboard hp post screen will show.
