I don't think it is the problem of the motherboard or CPU since sudden outage highly unlikely would kill them. My PC didn't get USB killed. Right now it won't even boot into BIOS, all it shows on the monitor is "Gigabyte ultraduarble" blah something.

16 GB Corsair Vengeance Ram @ 2400 Hz but running at 1333 Hz.
I did not overclock anything, all I changed yesterday is installing a new graphics card(GTX 1060) and I was playing Assassin's Creed Unity and suddenly stuck and I had to plug out my computer and plug it in. Afterwards, It won't even boot into BIOS. Thank you in advance.
