Question Computer wont get past MOBO screen

Hello everyone, this is my first post on here so sorry if its not in correct format! As stated in title, my pc wont boot. It was working fine this morning and I left home and came back and now it wont turn on. I've tried everything, took out the ram, took off the cmos battery, disconnected gpu, disconected my ssd and even my hdd so my computer wasnt hooked up to any boot device and it still wouldnt run. The computer turns on, it loads the mobo boot menu to press del or f2 bit it doesnt do anything, it just freezes here. I have an i7 7700k with an asus rog z270e mobo. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
