Computer won't load my profile, need help!

When I turn on my PC and click on my profile, it says "The User Profile Service failed the logon", and then sends me back to the profile select page. I then restart the PC and mash F8, but when I try to select Safe Mode the arrow keys do nothing at all.

Can someone please help me out? I've got exams coming up tomorrow, so I really need to get this fixed!

Seems an issue with an operating system. You have to re-install windows.
