Question Computer won't POST and CPU overheating

So I just installed a asus b560-a and a i5-11600k right as I did the inital POST and updated the bios my computer wouldn't post with all my ram once out I saw in the bios menu that my cpu was running at 89° which is ridiculous considering I'm just in the bios is there any reason why A. My pc won't post with all my ram that run 100% fine in my old mobo and B. Why is my cpu running so hot
