Computer won't Post.

So rencenty my computer was acting up and it wouldn't turn on. I've find the problem and it was the powersupply. I'd replaced the powersupply with an old one I had. The computer fully boots up but shorty after nothing happends. I've tested this without my graphics card and it still happends. Not sure how to fix this and would appreciate an respond.

CPU: INTEL I7 4790K
GPU: R9 285
MOTHERBOARD: Gigabyte Z97P-D3
Powersupply: Its was a EVGA 750gold and I'm currently using ACE 700w
Hard drive: Some old 1TB
RAM: 24GB DDR3
Using windows 10 upgraded from windows 7
Anything else I'm missing?
