Computer wont post

Hey guys! Just bought all the parts so i could finally build my ow PC!
Problem is, now i put everything together, but it wont post.

The light in the motherboard and the watercooling are on, and the PWR led inside og the motherboard is also own.

But nothing happens when i Press the start button..

Im 100% sure the ram is installed correct, i tried to start it my using a screwdriver on the pins, to check Its not my own startbutton.

Graphics cart is taken out, and still nothing.

CPU is also installed correctly..

WHAT SHOULD I DO (

Specs:
Mobo: Asus Z270 Mark 1
used CPU is an I7-7700 not an I7-7700HQ edited by helpstar
1060 6gb OC geforce
Kraken x41 CPU Cooler
8gb DDR4 3000mhz Adata
700W PSU

I think you have to check power cable from psu to mainboard if it's connected, or check if your cpu and cpu fan seated properly. For more solutions you can check this link

If it's the TUF Z270 Mark 1, the CPU isnt listed as a supported CPU

Sorry, it’s A i7-7700 (LGA1151)
It should be good with the motherboard
