I have recently installed a new power supply, It seems to work when I dont have my graphics card plugged in but as soon as i plug my graphics card in it doesnt seem to power on! It makes a little noise but thats it????

Are you sure that your power supply is called "Master"? Is it a Cooler Master, perhaps? It's 800 watts? If so, what is the precise model of the Cooler Master?

What video card, if any, did you have install before the 560 Ti?

Are you running Windows 8? If so, can you log into the BIOS and check and verify that "secure boot" is disabled.

You stated that it doesn't power on? Do you mean the power supply or graphics card? How do you know it's not working? No image, no spinning PSU fan? Did you disable onboard video in the BIOS?

It defiantly is called master and i had everything running on a different power supply previously! when the graphics card isnt plugged in everything powers on but when the graphics card is plugged in nothing powers on and im on windows 7

When you boot into your BIOS are you presented with a clickable (UEFI) bios screen? If so click on the large MSI Mainboard Settings button to the left and go to Advanced, then go to Integrated Graphics Configuration. You will see something along the lines of disable Graphics Adapter.
