Was working great for years. I didn't change anything and today it won't power on. I shutdown normally last night. Mobo light comes on. No beeps. No fans. Tried disconnecting video card. Reseated ram. Disconnected sound card. Do power buttons go bad? If it's the mobo, the PSU fan will still spin, right?

Okay it was none of the above. It powered back on today no problem. What would keep the PC from turning on for a time and then allowing it to turn back on 48 hours later? Its not a loose connector. The only thing I can think of is something involving a capacitor that needed to drain of energy. Would a dying bios battery cause a PC not to start up for a time? I checked the event log and didnt see anything that would explain this either.
