computer wont start up

I have a lenovo think center 8808 desktop
I put it off 2 days ago I woke up and I tried putting it on it just stayed on the logo page where it said system is starting when i click F2 or F8 or F12 it dosent work but when I press ESC It prompts me to press F1 when I do it just says entering setup and stays on that page.
I have tried resetting CMOS and BIOS it doesn't work.
I inserted windows 7 restore CD I bought and it still doesn't work
Please help I don't mind loosing files if I can fix the computer

Try leaving only the DVD installed (remove the HDD) and test. How old is the PC?

Is it sealed or you can open the case? Have you tried disconnecting the HDD and starting the PC?

It may be a boot fail, disconnect all other bootable device and then try to start it, or go to the bios settings and try from there to sellect another boot device
