Computer won't start up

So I recently shipped my compute, I took out the graphics card and took that with me to keep it safe, when I received the computer it looks completely fine. But when I tried to start it up instead of going through to my normal home screen it gets stuck on "preas f2 to bios screen" when I click that on my keyboard (it does receive power, it lights up, nothing happens, the message on the motherboard says 9d. Anyone know the issue?

Full system specs? Best guess is your gpu isn't properly installed. Also check that your hard drive or SSD is plugged up good.

7700k, gtx 1080, Samsung 950 ssd, evga 850 psu, my ssd seems to be to be all nice and plugged in.

Motherboard? Trying to look up the code

I tried, it says "d9", couldn't find anything

Asus D9 Error - "Error loading Boot Option (LoadImage returned error)"

So that points to boot drive issue - check all it's connections, they may have become dislodged in transit.

May even have damaged the HDD itself if it got a bumpy journey in transit - would have made sense removing that as well before shipping you system, that's actually more fragile than a graphics card.
