Question Computer won't turn. Mobo standby light flashing

So my computer unexpectedly shut down today and I am not sure why. The change I made to was I upgrade to an rtx 2060 bit that was a few days ago. The standby light on my asus aura pro z170 keeps flashing and that's the only one flashing. So far I ruled out my psi as I tested it on my other computer. And psu from that computer to this. And I unplug all usb devices and hdd. Fans don't spin and pressing the power button on case won't turn it on. The e only ones I'm not sure of is the Mobo and the cpu.

New update: when I remove the cmos battery and put it back, the Supremefx flashes. But onlyf it and the standby light flashes. Though I am not sure if the two are connected
