Alright so my computer has MSI h170A gaming pro motherboard, a Intel i7 6700k CPU, a MSI Radeon 280 4GB R9 video card, and a 650w earth watts platinum antec. At first, the video cards lights would turn on, but the video card itself wouldn't turn on not even the fans. We saw some threads broken on the back of the motherboard and we thought it was the motherboard. We replaced the motherboard and now the entire computer won't turn on. We replaced the PSU with the exact same one and still no response. Neither PSus fans activate unless you use the paper clip trick. I'm not sure why neither PSus fans turn on without the paper clip trick. So we then accidentally bent some pins on he motherboard and well found a crack in the CPU. We don't know when or how it cracked but it just did. So we replaced the CPU and the motherboard. Still no response. We tried unplugging the video card to see if the PSU would turn on. It still wouldn't. My question is, should I take it to a technician or should I replace the video card? Or replace the PSU too?
