Computer Won't turn on

I have an MSI 970A SLI Krait Edition and all the sudden it turned off and now the computer won't boot at all, whenever I try to turn it on my liquid cooler will light up for a split second and the gpu fans will also spin for a split moment and then everything turns off, I get no video either

Specs:
FX 8350 4.0Ghz
MSI 970A SLI Krait
16Gb corsair vengeance 1600Mhz
GTX 960 4Gb armor
Corsair LE 120Gb SSD
NZXT HALE 82 V2 700w 80+ Bronze

Any ideas of what it could be ? Thanks in advance!!

I would say either power supply, or your motherboard, as neither are very good quality.
