Computer won't turn on

Hello everyone

I just built a new computer but it won't turn on

I tested the power supple with the paper clip and it worked

My motherboard led light turns on

I tried taking a memory stick out and trying but never worked

I also tried using paper clips in place of the power switch that connects to the motherboard bit that also never worked

Any suggestions? Is it the CPu?

Did you plug in the 4 or 8 pin power connector by the CPU? That is necessary to boot up.
