Conexant Audio Help On Windows 7

Hello, my audio keeps going out I installed conexant and then enabled it but then it goes right back out again I don't know what I'm doing wrong I have a webcam installed is that part of the problem?

Complete all windows updates (including optional updates)

It could be a driver conflicting with windows or third party audio software..
