I would suggest going for a more modern PSU.

and maybe splurge on the upcoming 5700X3D.

other components are good budget choices.

With some slight modifications and 25 dollars you get a much better PSU, motherboard, faster lower latency RAM, and a slightly faster graphics card. You can spend another 20 to get another TB of storage as well. All is compatible in your build and the one below.
