Configure usb port for lpt1

Hello,

Do I choose USB port on my laptop ... I have 2 of them. I suppose the top is #1 and bottom is #2.

USB ports are not used like that. If you are trying to get a DOS program to use a USB printer then you simply need to tell Windows what printer, and it will know where the printer is connected. If this is not what you are doing then please explain what you are trying to accomplish.
