[SOLVED] Confirm my CPU is thrashed

Hello all,

I have been suddenly experiencing framerates in the 30s, and other odd general behavior with my computer. I ran an AIDA64 stability report because CPU-Z and TaskMan were reporting incorrect core speeds on my CPU. I have confirmed the BIOS is the most current version. Take a look at the report, and tell me my CPU is toast, if you think it is (of course). Thanks for your time.

Edit: I meant to note that the CPU voltage was also .94 in the bios, and that's what the bios thinks it should be. I manually set the Frequency to 200 and Multiplier to 20, as the CPU (AMD FX-8350) core speed is 4ghz. Despite setting the values manually, they still report in CPU-Z and others as 200x7.

What exact motherboard are you running?

The 5v and 12v rails looks way out of spec if those numbers are correct. What exact psu do you have?

MSI 990FXA Gaming motherboard.
Alienware 750w PSU.
Pretty sure I ended up with the PSU through Microcenter or something. The irony is I use an older Area-51 case, but it's not related to the PSU.
