Conflicting and sharing hardware

After amassing a collection of 20 different bsods I think it's time to reach for third party assistance. The latest bsod I keep getting goes by "Irql_less_or_not_equal". I did some research and basically came to the conclusion that it might have something to do with my graphics card overclock. I use OC GURI II to overclock my GPU to 1,510 ghz and 7600k memory. Anywho here is what it says under System information>Hardware Resources>Conflicts/Sharing,

Can you open the device manager, then right click in display adapters/then properties, then resources, check what are the hardware conflicts listed there, you can try to change the settings using the change button
