If you're considering a 4070, then you should be looking at the 5060 Ti as an alternative, not the 5060.

Something else to consider, does your power supply have support for a 16 pin power cable? All 50 series cards are going to have them. I've been doing a bit of searching, and I have yet to find a harness adapter that allows you to plug 2 8 pin PCIe connectors into a card with a 16 pin connector. I've seen the opposite, where you can use a 16 pin connector on the power supply, to power a card that has 2 8-pin connectors, but not the reverse.

The 4070, but I would also take a look at the RX 7800 XT, it's cheaper, has more vram, and slots in between the RX 4070 and 4070 super in rasterization performance.
