This is my machine i have assembled and i need to know anyone see any conflicts that will cause major problems mostly beetween mobo and other hardware?

this is my first machine and dont wanna make any newbie mistakes
 
This board already has 10/100 Ethernet built-in. What's the add-on card for? The 5500 will make you weep in Doom3 or FarCry. Get a 6600GT. Get a DVD Burner, not a combo drive.

Don't see anything that screams conflict. Since you didn't state what you are using the setup for, it could be assumed that your video choice would be a mistake if you are into high end gaming. You could have chosen an Athlon 64 3200 and used the extra $$$ towards a better video card. Also, PS info is missing - make sure you have enough juice to power everything.
