[SOLVED] Confused about updating bios

Hello, I have a B350M PRO-VDH motherboard and was going to update the bios so I can put a ryzen 9 3900x into it

The thing that's confusing me is there seems to be potentially two different downloads but I'm not sure which one to get

Their support page brings me to a "AMI bios" page of updates:

But the "compatibility" section for processors shows a different file to download for a ryzen 9 3900x:
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B350M-PRO-VDH#support-cpu

Do I just get the ryzen 9 3900x files from the second link or do I just download from the first link? Or do I need both?

Never updated a bios before so I'm not sure which to go with

It's same BIOS version from both places. It's newest one.
