Confused by my motherboard's driver download

I'm a first time PC builder and I'm trying to download my drivers, and I got confused when I went to download the driver for my motherboard. Which of these should I download?

I have a GTX 760, so I would get the graphics card driver off of Nvidia's website?

While booting windows I've run into the problem where i have to "Convert MBR Disk to GPT Disk" but every tutorial shows someone doing while they already have their OS up, but is there anyway I can do it from the Bios (ASrock)?
