well im planning to build a new gaming rig and im totally confused , i want to save money as i can to buy a new monitor too and my goal is to close a 60fps+ in bf4 and get some decent 30+ in witcher 3 and offcourse that in ultra 1080p and my options are :
========================================
cpu : INTEL CORE i3 4150 (HASWELL) 3.5GHz 3Mo LGA 1150
or
INTEL CORE-I5 4570 (HASWELL) 3.2GHZ 6Mo LGA1150

(ik the i5 is better but i dont wana waste money for a proc will only work 40percent on games:: as afar as ik)
=========================================
Motherboard : i guess some ASROCK H81 maybe idont care about motherboards alot soo if u got any sug just shoot
=========================================
GPU : i got 4 choice u gotta choose from guys :
R9 380 2gb (new)
R9 280X 3gb (new)
Asus GTX 670 2gb (used+good price)
Gigabyte GTX 770 2gb 3fans out in 2014 (used+good price)
=========================================
RAM : i want to get a 8gb but im not sure what brand (available to me)
AVEXIR or GEIL or Corsair (corsair is more expensive i guess)
=========================================
power supply : ive been told 80+ Broze 530W maybe ?!
=========================================
and should i get a water cool for cpu ? im not gonna oc though maybe in future ? what say u ?

Solution
i5, processor may not be vital to gaming but if can still bottleneck gpu performance if crap.

Gtx 770 no brainier, youll probably get better frames with the r9 380x but amd drivers, speaking from personal experience are crap. I have 2 r9 290x matrix platinum for sale on eBay UK cheap if you like, however I'd stick with nvidia cards... You pay more for a reason.

Ram, corsair dominator or g.skill rip jaws, trident x are good sticks. Ultimately for gaming ram doesn't really matter as much

Solution

u meant 280x or 380 that will give better fps ??

My apologies. 280x will give you better frames. It's prob the best card out of the ones you've listed.....however I'm just not an AMD guy after my bad experience. However if we disregard that, 280x is the best choice for performance. Notoriously good for giving high fps in bf4
