hi guys !! i have a hp compaq 8000 elite sff
with q6600 oc 3ghz with a mod (Tape mod) and 6GB ram ddr3 and a Gigabyte GT 610 2Gb windows 10 edition
and my PC bios updated to latest version (2015 i think?)
but when i open GPU Z to see my GPU specification i saw that UEFI bios mode in GPU Z Cheeked below NVIDIA Logo (see the photo) : https://imgur.com/a/tKhOz26
but i think my PC doesn't support UEFI bios! only Legacy because when i start the pc its show the blue screen bios with hp logo and the is no update to make it run on UEFI Because hp compaq 8000 elite built in 2010
can you guys tell my what this about??
because im planing to buy a asus FML GTX 750 ti From Aliexpress (doesn't require 6pin connector).
and some says its will not work on those pc's especialy PRO version like (hp 6000 pro sff...) because those pc doesnt support UEFI but i think elite 8000 version are much better even they look the same!
sorry for my english!

CPU z does not show if the computer support UEFI and i think my computer doesn't support it because hp Compaq 8000 elite sff is from 2010 and computer from that year doesn't support UEFI. perhaps i think hp Compaq 8200 (i3 i5 i7 second genertion) are the first Computers to support UEFI!!! and there is no option in my PC bios that says UEFI! but when i open GPU Z its shows that my GPU is running on UEFI Bios Mode!!(see the picture link) so! i dont know if i bought a gtx 750 ti or newer gpus like gtx 1050 ti will work,? because those GPUs need UEFI BIOS but i saw a video on youtube a guy running his hp PC like mine with a gt 1030!!! any one know what going on? this is just confusing!!

History of UEFI

Version 2.1 of the UEFI specification was released on 7 January 2007. It added cryptography, network authentication and the User Interface Architecture (Human Interface Infrastructure in UEFI). The latest UEFI specification, version 2.7, was approved in May 2017.

So the hp compaq 8000 elite sff will support newer UEFI GPUs as long they are low profile so they can fit in the case and doesn't require 6pin power connector!
Like gtx 750 ti!! i don't think im gonna buy gtx 1050 ti because of cpu bottleneck!!
But thanks guys for the answers!!
Looks like the hp 8000 elite series are loaded with features unlike the hp PRO 6000 and 3000... Version those are just troublesome! And lot of comtability issues!
