Confused on advertised tdp

Why does the HWlabs website say the nemesis gts 240mm rad has a cooling capacity of 750w, and in the ekwb loop configurator the coolstream se240 says it can cool 283w. Both seem to be nice radiators of roughly the same spec, am I missing something here? Which can handle more?
Just curious, not looking to custom watercool (for now).
