Confused with the front panel connecters

Hii i jist bought a msi b250m gaming pro motherboard and I don't know where to connect my case's front panel connecters
P.S my case is really old
These are the connectors I'm confused about
Mic-in (black)
Mic-power (green)
R-out (white)
R-ret(white)
L-ret (red)
L-out (red)

It sounds like your case as audio connections on the front. There is an audio connector on the back corner of the motherboard. But the connections don't match what you have. What motherboard were these connected to before ?
