Question Confused

I have two ram slots they both worked fine till I had to reinstall windows 10 now my second ram slot won’t work I get 4 beeps wen I use it, I have tried different ram sticks and nothing but the first slot works fine any ideas

Where there any changes made to your system such as removal of the CPU Before you install the windows 10?

Yes I did take it out at some point and put it back was trying to work out what cpu I had, ive also changed power supply.

Windows have nothing to do with that, check pins on the CPU socket (if Intel) might have bent some. That's why Mandarak asked.
